Returns POLICY
LulaRose Returns and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with LulaRose. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 7 calendar days from the time you received the product. After 7 calendar days, all sales are to be considered FINAL and returns will not be accepted.
Please notify us immediately if there is a problem with your order by email.
Returns and/or exchanges are subject to the following:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, in the same condition and in the original packaging. You must also provide the original packing slip or other form of proof of purchase (i.e. receipt).
Exchanges will only be accepted if your order was fulfilled incorrectly or arrived to you damaged. In that event, we will provide a return label, at no cost to you, via email.

Refunds and Reimbursements
LulaRose will not accept any partial returns or issue partial refunds. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees. You are responsible for any return shipping costs, except in the case of an exchange (see Return and/or Exchanges above). Applicable refunds will be issued back to the original of payment and currency that was used for purchase.
